Slater & Brandley, the West Bridgford based lettings agency has moved into a new and bright home.

The business is closer to a good number of its customers as it has relocated to the West One building on Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, where the company is now managing residential lettings within this large multi-occupancy property.

Garry Slater, Managing Director of Slater & Brandley, commented: “We had been looking to relocate for some time and jumped at the chance to move our business from offices in Bridgford Road into West One, where we have also taken over the management of 32 luxury rooms.

“Being based in West One provides us with a much more visible ‘shop window’ and presence within West Bridgford and Nottingham as a whole, given the amount of passing vehicle and pedestrian traffic along the busy Loughborough Road.

“We now have a distinctive location among West Bridgford based estate agents, who are otherwise mainly based in a cluster in the town centre. Our new base makes good sense for our expanding business, as well as being a talking point. All of this sits perfectly within our strategic plan to become a more recognisable force in the Nottingham property scene”.

West One is a substantial Victorian property with secure parking at the rear back. It provides residential lettings for professional people, in contrast to its previous use as student accommodation, and features 32 individual luxury rooms with access by key fob only.
