All maintenance and repairs are managed by your personal Property Manager via our own in-house Maintenance Team.
Our landlord maintenance services ensure that any reported problems are acted on as quickly as possible so as to avoid becoming a bigger issue for your tenant.
We only use qualified contractors with the relevant skills for their trade. This ensures that any works are carried out to the highest possible standard and that contractors have the relevant insurances in place to safeguard you in the unlikely event of breakages or an accident.
Both landlord and tenant are kept fully informed on progress from start to finish. It is a fact that most letting agents allow maintenance and repairs to go on unresolved for far too long. This all too often results in tenants that become unhappy and eventually start to look for a new property.
