ALL OF OUR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS ARE PUT THROUGH A RIGOROUS APPLICATION PROCESS.
This involves completing an in-depth Application Form to record all previous details in order that we can cross check an applicant’s background. As part of our tenant referencing procedures we will carry out credit checks, ID checks, employer references, character references, previous landlord references and also seek guarantors where necessary. We do all of this to safeguard your property.
We know from experience that successful rentals always start with a good quality tenant. Get this right and you are on your way to a hassle-free tenancy.
